The venue is brand-new, fairly clean and the location is reasonable not far from the Leicester race course as well as a great park. Cool and warm units with a huge bed.

Everything was modern, but we stayed for 1 night only. The hotel itself was a quiet option. We were offered double room with a heating system, a sofa bed and a study table which were very good. Polite staff all round. The place is 5 km away from Leicester downtown.
